Alfred stared at the letter that was sitting on his porch 'I'm not with Arthur' he thought as he re-read the letter once more. There were small tear drops and also red drops…wait! Alfred froze "Blood" he said before grabbing his keys and running out of his house. He jumped onto his bike, completely forgetting the helmet as he sped towards the Canadian's house.
Matthew finished wrapping the bandage around his finger, he had gotten a paper cut while writing the letter. He frowned as he laid down on the kitchen counter, accidentally squishing the cherries he was going to cook with. He sighed and sat up 'Why is this happening to me today?' he thought as looked down at the ground
"Mattie!!!"
Matthew jumped and turned just as he was grabbed "A-Al!" he said as he was hugged tightly "Wh-What are you doing!"
"There was blood on the letter, and your back!" Alfred said looking the Canadian over
"Alfred! Calm down!"
"But you're dying!"
"I'm fine!!" Matthew said grabbing Alfreds face and forcing him to look at him "I got a paper cut while writing the letter and I accidentally laid down on the cherries that were on the counter. I'm not bleeding to death nor and I dying"
Alfred blinked a few times "Oh…." He said, his face flushing slightly "Then I'll get right to the point"
"What poi-" Matthew was cut off as lips pressed over his own, his violet eyes widened before he started kissing him back. He suddenly pulled away "What about Arthur"
"There is no Arthur, Mattie" Alfred said smiling "Arthur is my friend, nothing more"
Matthew blinked "Then why did Francis say you two were together" he said
"That was a plan Arthur and I did to keep Francis from pestering eyebrows till he dated him" Alfred said laughing "but no, Arthur and I are not dating nor in any type of relationship"
Matthew nodded before smiling happily
"Mattie"
Matthew looked up "Yes, Al?" he said
"Will you go out with me?"
"I'd love to"
